Sales Manager

Responsibilities

  • Sales prospection for new clients to facilitate orders;
  • Drive sales and target monitoring each month to reach good performance;
  • Negotiate with customers on all commercial topics including pricing, shipping terms, legal requirements, payments, currency, new products proposal and development, etc;
  • Maintain good relationships and deliver professional customer service to clients.

Requirements

  • More than 3 years sales or sales manager position experience;
  • Self-discipline, passionate and ambitious;
  • Good business negotiation ability;
  • Good team player;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Willing to travel;
  • Fluent in oral and written english.

Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

  • Maintain relationships with existing clients and proactively develop new prospects;
  • Search for new information about potential clients and timely report;
  • Jointly with all functional teams on the recommendation and production of overall commercial documents, i.e. presentations, proposals, contracts, etc;
  • Enhance efficiency of the sale activities, conduct proper business development plan to achieve target & KPIs.

Requirements

  • Sales/BD abilities and proven track record;
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in printing&packaging industry;
  • Marketing analysis abilities;
  • Strong presentation skills;
  • Good communication and Negotiation skills
